Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
